The style is kept similar to the cover, with a green gradient background and black text.
The layout is kept simple and formal as this is a school magazine which people would likely read for information, and a simple layout makes it easier to find the content wanted.
'Contents' is given its own section in the top-left so that the reader can instantly see what this page is about.
The text and page references are aligned to a grid, this gives the magazine a structured look.
The school logo at the bottom helps make the magazine seem more formal, similar to a stamp of endorsment.
The white line helps seperate the actual magazine content from what is there to improve the look of the magazine
The magazine cover is meant to attract the reader, so I have used large text and sharp shapes at the top of the magazine to try and make the magazine look interesting.
This is a school magazine so the layout has been kept uniform and simple, but also interesting.
I have chosen to keep the magazine mostly green as it is my school's uniform colour.
The Masthead of the magazine is bordered with green which is not commonly used but goes well with the other green shapes at the top of the magazine.
I used 'Scribd' to embed this powerpoint presentation I made,
It features my classmate Morgan Reeves.
The goal of this presentation was for me to learn about a feature in Photoshop and be able to educate my class about it, I can remember apply gaussian blur and change the hue of images from memory so this task definately helped me improve my knoweledge of Photoshop.
